30-day exchanges
Unused gear in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Email support@halyardcardioworks.com with your order number to start a return.
Faulty items
Manufacturing faults reported within 12 months are repaired or replaced free of charge. Heavy items are collected from your door — you never pay return shipping on a fault.
Refunds
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5 working days of the goods reaching our warehouse.
